ThinkThen
ThinkThen answers a question about a piece of text, such as whether a customer's message asks for a refund. It gives an answer your script or program can act on: yes or no, one of your choices, a score, or not sure when the text could go either way.
This message asks for a refund, so the answer is true:
echo 'Please refund my order.' | thinkthen decide 'Does the customer request a refund?'Output
